About the studio
Small team,massive volume.
The manifesto
Attention is the only currency that matters and every market is broke. Most agencies respond by sanding brands down until they offend no one and excite no one. We do the opposite. We find the one true, sharp thing about a brand and turn the volume up until the market has no choice but to listen.
How we operate
Loud is a strategy
Attention is the scarcest resource in every market we work in. Being tasteful and invisible is just being invisible with extra steps.
Taste is the filter
Loud without craft is noise. Everything we ship passes through people who care about kerning more than is medically advisable.
Measured, or it didn't happen
We put numbers on creative work because we're confident in it. Agencies that hide from measurement know something you don't.
Small on purpose
Twenty-three people, no account layer, no B-team. The people in the pitch are the people doing the work.
The people doing the shouting
Meet the noise

Jane Kott
Founder & Creative Director
Started HUE&CRY so she'd never have to pitch a safe idea again. Nothing leaves the building without her eye on it.

Dimitri Demarcos
Director of Technology, Karaoke Champion
Builds sites that load before you blink, then defends his office karaoke title like it's production-critical. It is.

Ava Huseynova
Director of Sales, Mother of Dragons
Turns "just browsing" into signed contracts. Runs the room like the Mother of Dragons — minus the scorch marks.

Dele Akinyemi
Executive Creative Director
Digs the one dangerous idea out of every brief and defends it past the point of comfort — usually yours.

June Park
Head of Design
Treats type like it's load-bearing, because in her hands it is. Will nudge it 2px and be annoyingly right.

Theo Marchetti
Head of Production
Has thrown more luggage off more rooftops than any living producer. Still somehow delivers early.
Plus a few more who prefer making noise to being photographed.
